169 Arrested As French Police Clash With 'Yellow Vest' Protesters

According to a report by Reuters, on Saturday, over 65 people were injured and nearly 170 people arrested in central Paris after violent clashes broke out between police and 'yellow vest' protestors, in the third weekend of nationwide demonstrations. Police reportedly expressed concerns that violent far-right and far-left groups had infiltrated the 'yellow vest' movement, a grassroots rebellion against the struggle many people in France face to make ends meet.
