441 kW (600 PS) and 800 Nm (590.0 lb-ft) of torque - the new Audi RS6 Avant combines impressive performance with top-of-the-line equipment. It offers the everyday practicability that is typical for the Avant and positions itself clearly at the top of the A6 family with its distinct RS design. The new Audi RS6 Avant will go on sale in dealerships in Germany and other European countries at the end of 2019. The basic price will be EUR 117,500."Throughout our 25-year RS history, the Audi RS6 Avant has been one of our absolute icons that has a large global fan base," says Oliver Hoffmann, Managing Director of Audi Sport GmbH. "We will also be offering the RS6 Avant in North America for the very first time. In doing so, we will be tapping into a new market with huge potential and generating further global growth."The new Audi RS6 Avant is no wolf in sheep's clothing - it shows off its distinct design with great confidence. Aside from the front doors, the roof and the luggage compartment cover, all body panels are RS-specific. The wheel arches, which are flared by around 40 millimeters (1.6 in) on each side, and wheels with a diameter of up to 22 inches emphasize the sporty character of the high-performance Avant, which measures roughly five meters (16.4 ft) in length. The new hood with powerdome, the striking lateral air inlets with vertical wings, and the wide flat Singleframe leave no doubt as to the unconditional drive of the RS icon. RS-specific HD Matrix LED headlights with Audi laser light and darkened bezels are available as an alternative to the standard LED headlights.

The interior design of the Q8 is a clear expression of the future of premium, built to showcase an evolution in Audi digital precision. The orientation of the interior is angled toward the driver, creating a driver-centric cockpit. The three dimensional architecture around the new MMI touch response system includes an air vent strip that spans the width of the dashboard, underlined by black panel elements and nearly uninterrupted inlays. In the dark, the optional contour light traces the design lines of the interior and provides backlight for the quattro badge above the glove compartment.
Freedom is the defining design feature with a new luxury slant. This explains the A8’s resemblance to a lavish, spacious lounge. Compared to the predecessor model, it has grown substantially in length in both body versions. The range of equipment and materials is extensive, with every detail radiating superlative bespoke quality – from the perforation in the seat upholstery to the electrically opened and closed shutters on the air vents. The classiest seat in the new Audi flagship model is in the rear right – the optional relaxation seat in the A8 L that comes with four different adjustment options and a footrest. In this seat, the passenger can warm and massage the soles of their feet on a unit with multiple settings incorporated into the back of the front-passenger seat. The new comfort head restraints complete the experience. The rear passengers can also control an array of functions such as ambient lighting, the new HD Matrix reading lights and seat massage, plus make private phone calls, via a separate operating unit. The rear seat remote, with its OLED display as large as a smartphone, is a removable unit housed in the center armrest.
Like the A8 and the A7 Sportback, the new Audi A6 is an expressive ambassador of the new Audi design language. With taut surfaces, sharply defined edges and striking lines, the business-class sedan unmistakably conveys its character. It stands for sporty elegance, high tech and sophistication. The exterior stands out with balanced proportions and short overhangs, the dimensions of the eighth-generation Audi A6 have grown a few millimeters compared with its predecessor model line - by seven millimeters (0.3 in) to 4.94 meters (16.2 ft) long, by twelve millimeters (0.5 in) to 1.89 meters (6.2 ft) wide and by two millimeters (0.1 in) to 1.46 meters (4.8 ft) high. The wide, low-slung Singleframe grille with chrome trim, the flat headlights and the powerfully contoured air inlets exude elegance and sportiness at the front. In the side view, the powerfully taut contours above the wheel arches are testimony to Audi's quattro genes. The taut roofline flows into the steeply raked C-pillars. A chrome strip accentuates the rear and provides a link between the lights. The paint range includes a choice of 14 colors. In addition to the basic version, customers have a choice of the sport and design trim lines as well as the S line exterior package.
The design language in the interior of the new Audi A7 Sportback is reduced and clean. The horizontal lines and sleek instrument panel convey a feeling of airy spaciousness. Thecenter console is inclined toward the driver and underscores the Gran Turismo’s sportycharacter. In the interior, the cockpit architecture and the MMI monitor merge to form ahomogeneous surface. Most vehicle functions can be controlled via two displays in a blackpanel look. The upper display is integrated almost invisibly into the dashboard. The choice ofcolors, upholstery materials, inlays and interior lighting fit perfectly into the futuristic loungeatmosphere.
"The 2019 A8 is the first production execution of the all-new premium Audi design language deriving from Design Chief, Mark Lichte’s Prologue concept, which is founded in state-of-the-art exterior lighting, a powerful stance and precise, proportional design. The front with its broad, upright Singleframe grille, the flowing and muscular body design and the rear with its full-length strip of dynamic lighting accentuate the distinctive the stance of the all-new A8. The proportions equally highlight the front and rear wheels, with definition at the wheel arches calling attention to the standard quattro® all-wheel drive. The exterior lighting is state-of-the-art, particularly when equipped with the HD Matrix design and rear lamps with OLED technology, further cementing the Audi lighting leadership. The new Audi design language is manifested in the interior through an intelligent redesign, featuring exceptional precision and material selection, as well as advancements to enhance relaxation and comfort for the driver and passengers alike. The A8 interior offers simplicity through the elegant use of piano black surfaces that give way to the two integrated touch display screens surrounded by brushed aluminum. Offering exceptionally clean design, a multitude of individual buttons have been eliminated in favor of the consolidated into the dual screen MMI touch response using the same intuitive operations as the latest smart phone interfaces."
