"I'm hoping to get at least 55% of the votes for president," says opposition candidate and leader of the Democratic Green Party Frank Habineza, after casting his ballot in Kigali. This as incumbent candidate, President Paul Kagame, is widely expected to win another term and extend his iron-fisted rule for another five years. In 2017 Habineza won just 0.48 percent of the vote.
