Schumer Calls Out Trump Over Florida Recount

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer condemned President Trump for trying to "bully" Florida into calling the highly-contested Senate race going through a recount this week. WASHINGTON — Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer railed against President Donald Trump on Tuesday as the recount for the Senate race in Florida dragged on a week beyond Election Day. Bill Nelson, the Democrat at risk of being unseated by the Republican challenger Gov. "The Florida Election should be called in favor of Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis in that large numbers of new ballots showed up out of nowhere, and many ballots are missing or forged," he wrote on Twitter.

Lawyers and the Secretary of State filed papers showing the difference in votes is too large to overcome. The difference between Biden and Trump is 11,414 with 10,315 ballots left to be counted.
