Masaya, Apr 18 (EFE).- Nicaraguans on Sunday marked the three-year anniversary of the start of massive protests against the Ortega regime. Dozens of people attended a mass commemorating the third anniversary of anti-government protests in Masaya.On 18 April 2018, social securities reforms led to demonstrations against the Government and then morphed into demands for the resignation of President Daniel Ortega.Activists say 684 people died in the protests, while the Government says the figure was 200.
