Beyonce, Donald Glover To Record Classic Song For ‘Lion King’ Remake


At the end of 2018, Disney released its first trailer for its upcoming live-action remake of 'The Lion King' remake. UpRoxx reports one of the voice actors for the highly anticipated film, Billy Eichner, revealed on 'Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen' that the movie will include two of the stars performing one of the movie's classic hits. Donald Glover and Beyonce will record, “Can You Feel The Love Tonight,” together in the new film. Eichner said he has not personally met Beyonce but he sings with her in the movie. He said, “I play Timon, and Timon and Pumba start singing ‘Can You Feel The Love Tonight,’ and then it segues into Beyonce and Donald Glover singing it.” Other stars in the remake include James Earl Jones, John Oliver, Eric Andre, and Keegan-Michael Key.
