Hamburg (Germany), Oct 5 (EFE / EPA), (Camera: Focke Strangmann).- A 26-year-old man was seriously wounded on Sunday when he was attacked by a man outside the Hohe Weide Synagogue in Hamburg, in an incident that the police are investigating if it has any far-right motivation.The Sueddeutsche Zeitung newspaper informed the victim was a Jewish student.After the attack, the man was quickly transferred to a medical centre. German Federal Minister of the Interior Horst Seehofer visits the synagogue which was one of the targets of a deadly attack that left two dead. The victims, a man and a woman, were apparently chosen at random when the assailant failed to gain access to the temple he had besieged with gunfire and homemade explosives, as the frightened congregation barricaded itself inside.
