Description

From the 14th October to the 8th November 2019, throughout the Paris-Saclay urban campus, a panel of some 100 people will use Groupe Renault’s on-demand car service as part of the ‘Paris-Saclay Autonomous Lab’ project. This daytime service, using electric, autonomous and shared Renault ZOE Cab prototypes, will allow panelists to move freely around the Paris-Saclay urban campus, for everyday mobility: go to one of the schools or laboratories on the campus, head to lunch, play sports, etc.The service will run Monday to Friday, from 11am to 6pm, to best coincide with the user’s needs.

  • Portraits of Sergio Larrain's London are exhibited in Paris

Paris (France), Sep 8 (EFE) - (Camera: María Díaz Valderrama) The phantasmagoric portraits of London in the 1950s photographed by Chilean Sergio Larraín are the focus of the new exhibition at the Henri Cartier-Bresson Foundation in Paris, which opened on Tuesday and is dedicated to a work that marked the rest of his career despite having gone unnoticed by the press. FOOTAGE OF SERGIO LARRAÍN'S EXHIBITION AT THE HENRI CARTIER-BRESSON FOUNDATION AND SOUNDBITES FROM AGNÈS SIRE, THE EXHIBITION'S CURATORTRANSLATIONS:1.- "This work on London is the first in-depth work that the young Chilean photographer decides to do. To escape from his family he asks for a scholarship from the British Council, which he obtains and spends several months in London during the winter of 1959".2.- "It is the first time that he is not in Chile and he can work taking care only of the photos that he wants to take. It is there where we find his fantasy, the poetry of his images, he is not someone concerned with the documentary side. It is also the year he enters Magnum, on a stopover in Paris where he meets Cartier-Bresson, who suggests he join the Magnum team".
