Arce: Unemployed Bolivian doctors "are not up to the task" in the pandemic

La Paz, Bolivia Mar 1 (EFE) (CAMERA: Gabriel Romano) .- The president of Bolivia, Luis Arce, assured Monday that the doctors who maintain a strike against the controversial Health Emergency law "are not up to" the challenge of fighting the pandemic while vaccination against COVID-19 continues.
