China sanctions British lawmakers in latest tit-for-tat of Uighurs

China has imposed sanctions on several lawmakers in the UK, accusing them of spreading lies and disinformation about Beijing. The move is retaliation against the British government’s decision to sanction China earlier in the week over its treatment of the Uighur minority.
