Moscow (Russia), Jan 5 (EFE), (Camera: Ignacio Ortega).- The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell met with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Thursday during his visit to Moscow. Borrell acknowledged that the EU-Russia relationship was at a "low point" due to the poisoning and imprisonment of the opposition leader, Alexei Navalny.
