Dallas Police Chief Officer David Brown gave a press conference, Monday, at which he explained the guidance he gave to use a bomb robot to kill the man who is believed to have killed at least five police officers. The suspect was identified as Micah Xavier Johnson who was killed by a detonation squad robot in the standoff with the police.
