The suspect in a double murder, committed Thursday in the Drôme and then in Ardèche regions of France, is still in police custody in Valence but has not yet spoken. According to a source close to the investigation, the suspect, 45-year-old Gabriel S., is linked to a shooting committed Tuesday in the Haut-Rhin which also led to murder.
