Brooklyn shooting not being investigated as 'act of terrorism': police

Description

A rush-hour shooting in the New York City subway is not being investigated as an act of terror, police say, adding that victims' injuries did not appear to be "life-threatening". "This is not being investigated as an act of terrorism at this time," New York City police commissioner Keechant Sewell tells reporters. SOUNDBITE
