The White House announces a new package of artillery ammunition for Ukraine as the pro-Western country gears up for an expected counter-offensive against the Russian invasion. EU chief Ursula von der Leyen announces she would help organise a conference on securing the return of Ukrainian children taken to Russia during the ongoing conflict. Turkey's President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, announces the extension of the Black Sea grain deal that allowed the export of Ukrainian grain to resume following Russia's invasion. "This agreement" he says, "is of vital importance in terms of global food supply". Ukraine's infrastructure minister, Oleksandr Kubrakov, tweeted that the deal has been extended for 120 days.
