The White House condemns fresh Russian strikes on Ukraine, after at least 17 people were killed in an attack on a market in the east of the country. "These brutal Russian attacks underscore the importance of continuing to support the people of Ukraine as they defend their territory," White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre tells a daily briefing.
