US President Joe Biden will announce new air defense weapons for Ukraine during a visit by President Zelensky Friday, the White House says. "President Biden will announce a new package of military assistance today that includes significant air defense capabilities to help Ukraine," National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan says during a briefing. The United Nations is "not aware" of any biological weapons program in Ukraine, a disarmament official says after Russia accused the United States of "military-biological activities" there and called for a UN probe. SOUNDBITE
