Turkey's Erdogan says death toll from quake rises to 8,574

At a press conference in Kahramanmaras, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan says the number of deaths in Turkey has risen to 8,574, in the aftermath of the 7.8-magnitude earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria.
