How to prepare a mango

Description

Mangoes have an oval shaped stone in the centre. Locate the stone and then cut either side of it using a sharp knife. Remove any remaining skin and cut the rest of the flesh from the stone. Take the two mango halves and make diagonal incisions through the fruit without cutting the skin. Once you have scored a diamond pattern on the fruit, turn each half inside out and the cubes of mango can be cut away from the skin.

Divers prepare for new searches in Sicily yacht sinking

Specialist divers in Sicily prepare to carry out fresh searches for six people, including UK tech tycoon Mike Lynch and the chairman of Morgan Stanley International, missing after their yacht capsized off the Italian island on Monday.
