Maserati is back. The Autodromo Varano de’ Melegari was the setting for the track debut of the high-performance GT2, the car that epitomises the House of the Trident’s return to racing. The shakedown at the Parma circuit is the precursor to a series of events marking the run-up to the official unveiling of the car at the end of June in Belgium, at the 24 Hours of Spa.Maserati is ready to reawaken the memories that saw it feature in the exciting GT championships, with a hungry new car designed to evoke the exploits of its forerunner, the glorious and victorious MC12.The Trident’s history in motorsport is a story of successes spanning almost a century, of a unique and distinctive DNA, and of a passion being rekindled by the brand’s link with the potent legacy from the past and its drive towards the future, in which racing is an essential component.Maserati GT2 is speed, elegance, style and innovation incarnate. A car designed to be a masterpiece of performance: extraordinary and breathtaking between the kerbs, created to celebrate Maserati’s return to the circuits. A new chapter begun in late 2022 with the announcement of its participation in the 2023 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, complemented by its inclusion in the GT2 European Series, as part of the strategy developed to bring the Trident back on track.Conceived and designed by Maserati engineering in tandem with the Centro Stile Maserati, to ensure the aesthetic quality standards typical of the brand, the Maserati GT2 inherits the extraordinary 463kW/630CV Nettuno V6 engine from the Maserati MC20, taking it to a higher level.
With a host of new features, the Audi S3 is more than just a product upgrade: Increased output, a torque splitter, and other technology highlights ensure strong performance and agile handling. Visually, the compact model reflects its increased dynamics with an expressive front design, a sporty diffuser, and a four-pipe performance exhaust system. The Audi S3 will be available at dealerships as a Sportback and as a sedan in the second quarter of 2024. Price from 55,600 euro.With the model upgrade, the Audi S3 has an even sportier and tauter appearance. The hexagonal, frameless Singleframe features a new structure that is noticeably flatter and wider. L-shaped design elements accentuate the voluminous grille that, along with the large, angular side air intakes, highlights the S3’s dynamic character. A striking front spoiler, with two vertical struts inspired by motorsport, connects the two and further lowers the S3 visually.
It's an all-electric high-performance supercar aiming to deliver the ultimate in driving pleasure while also offering high environmental performance and comfort for daily use.At its core is a high-output all-electric powertrain with an optimal-weight-balancing, all-solid-state battery that can produce output up to 1,000 kW with precise and rapid acceleration. Powerful downforce, an advanced form of Nissan's e-4ORCE all-wheel control technology, and light-weight body featuring high-strength carbon promise enhanced cornering and exceptional handling on circuits and winding roads.The exterior design, with its wide and planted proportions, is a blend of sleek curves merging seamlessly with bold geometry that reflects the performance underneath. Incorporated throughout the design are elements, such as on the front and rear lamps, that pay homage to Nissan's high-performance cars.The exterior achieves high aerodynamic performance, which was developed together with the NISMO racing team, generating powerful downforce. The two-tiered aerodynamic structure under the front hood provides both strong downforce and high cooling performance. Meanwhile, the dual-level* rear diffuser optimally controls airflow. The front canards, front fender flip and both ends of the rear wing feature unique active aero functionality, while a newly developed plasma actuator suppresses air detachment to maximize grip and minimize inner-wheel lift during cornering. The lightweight forged carbon wheels aid aerodynamics and brake cooling.
BRABUS 900 ROCKET R “1 of 25” Limited Edition: This supercar from the Bottrop-based vehicle manufacturer accredited with the German Federal Motor Authority represents an exclusive sports car in a class of its own: This coupe, here represented by two vehicles, one sporting black metallic paintwork and the other a “Signature Gray” special paint finish, will be built in a limited edition of just 25 cars.The new supercar from BRABUS and 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) peak torque. It slings the BRABUS 900 ROCKET R “1 of 25” Limited Edition from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 2.5 seconds and hits 200 km/h (124 mph) in 7.2 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 340 km/h (211 mph).The BRABUS WIDESTAR carbon bodywork was developed and aerodynamically optimized in the wind tunnel. It is equally spectacular as the engine. It makes the coupe 196.8 centimeters (77.5 in) wide and thus creates space for 21- and 22-inch extra-wide BRABUS Monoblock P wheels with high-performance tires up to 335 millimeters (13.2 in) wide.The BRABUS MASTERPIECE interior offers an exclusive ambience at the highest level. The “Signature Gray” supercar presented here features gray interior appointments matching the special paint finish. Red stitching and trim, as well as carbon elements emphasize the sporty character of this supercar. In contrast, the cockpit of the second supercar shown here features black tone-on-tone appointments.
