The United States denounces Russia's expulsion of two US diplomats for their work with an embassy contractor and promised to take countermeasures soon. "We also regret the order to deploy Russian troops into eastern Ukraine, reportedly on a peacekeeping mission," says United Nations Under-Secretary-General Under-Secretary-General for peacebuilding Rosemary DiCarlo.
