Air quality in China: Pollution levels down by 42% over the past ten years

Description

China has long battled air pollution in its major cities. The air quality was so bad in places like Beijing that residents kept their windows closed, wore face masks and used air purifiers to escape what was dubbed the air-pocalypse. But a new report has found that Chinese people are living two years longer thanks to the government's War on Pollution.
