The mayor of Kharkiv speaks of 'colossal' damage. Russian air strikes knocking out power to Ukraine's second city while missiles made it past air defense knocking out water supplies in the capital and killing at least three in president Zelenskiy's hometown of Kryvyi Rih in the center of the country.Shirli Sitbon explains.
