President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach wants ‘clean’ Russian athletes to compete under a neutral flag at the 2018 PyeonChang Winter Olympic Games he said at a press conference in Lausanne on Wednesday. On Tuesday, the IOC banned Russia from competing at the 2018 Winter Olympics, following an investigation into allegations of state-sponsored doping at Sochi in 2014.
