US Fed Chair: economy 'not fully recovered' from pandemic

The US economy is showing signs of improvement since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, yet hardest hit sectors have "not fully recovered," US Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell announces after a two-day policy meeting.
