US able to airlift Kabul evacuees 'until the last moment': Pentagon

The United States, which has set a deadline of August 31 to complete the evacuation from Afghanistan, will be able to airlift people out "until the last moment," Pentagon spokesman John Kirby tells reporters during a news conference. SOUNDBITE
