Thailand speeds up testing for COVID-19 to contain pandemic

Bangkok, Jul 5 (EFE/EPA).- The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration is speeding up Covid-19 testing and inoculations in communities hit hard by the virus.Thailand has seen high numbers of new COVID-19 infections, with Bangkok remaining the largest cluster of the Delta variant according to Thailand's department of Medical Sciences. Thailand's COVID-19 restrictions continues, including banning dine-in services at restaurants and shutdown of all construction sites, as the outbreak shows no immediate signs of slowing down.     Bangkok, Aug 20 (EFE/EPA).-Thai researchers from Chulalongkorn University collected Friday samples to test a device which detects Covid-19 from perspiration at a market in Bangkok.
