Who said that social media is only for millennials? Meet ninety-year-old Elsa Olmos, an Instagram star in Argentina who is absolutely killing it on the photo sharing platform. Elsa was busy breaking down stereotypes in Buenos Aires as she chalked up more and more followers to her Instagram account, @abuelachicha, which already boasts over 31,000 fans and counting, numbers that would make many of us jealous. Forget about old people being unable to use smartphones, Elsa Olmos has no idea what you're talking about. Elsa decided to join the social network after her granddaughter Axia introduced it to her. The senior citizen shares her selfies, recipes and even self-made memes. Along with her Instagram account, she doubles her posts on Facebook, where she has conquered hearts all over the world. Interestingly enough, Axia claims that her grandmother has become happier and much more connected since joining the social networking site.
