Belgium starts using coronavirus certificates for big events

Brussels, Aug 13 (EFE) .- (Camera: Laura Zornoza) Belgium released on Friday a health certificate known as "Covid Safe Ticket" that can be used to access events of more than 1,500 people held outdoors, such as music festivals or competitions, and, as of September 1, also indoors.FOOTAGE OF BRUSSELS.
