Former mayor of San Salvador to remain in jail as Prosecutor's Office adds new charge

San Salvador, Jun 9 (EFE) .- Salvadoran court dismissed Wednesday the case of former mayor of San Salvador Ernesto Muyshondt, who was facing criminal proceedings for allegedly negotiating electoral favors with the gangs.Muyshondt, however, will continue to remain in jail since the Prosecutor's Office has added a new charge.
