Ukraine counteroffensive: Western military aid 'vital' to 'neutralise' Russia's artillery & ammunition

Description

Germany agreed on Wednesday to give billions of euros of new military aid to Ukraine in the coming years to bolster Kyiv's fight back against Russia. For further analysis on the Russian invasion and the West's military aid to Ukraine, FRANCE 24 is joined by Dr. Samuel Ramani, Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) and Tutor of Politics and International Relations at the University of Oxford.
