Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry hosts his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov in Cairo. Lavrov, seeking to reassure Egyptian leaders that their orders for Russian grain would be met, is on a tour of African countries dependent on imports for their food supply.
