Darya Trepova, a 26-year-old accused of killing a military blogger and supporter of Moscow's Ukraine offensive, appears in court for her case's first hearing. Russian investigators say Ukraine orchestrated the attack on Vladlen Tatarsky, which took place at a cafe in Saint Petersburg in April. Trepova is alleged to have gifted Tatarsky a statuette, which exploded minutes later, killing the blogger and wounding more than 30 others. At least one person was killed and eight injured when a car drove into a group of people in central Berlin, the fire service says. A police spokeswoman said the driver was detained at the scene after the car ploughed into a shop front along busy shopping street Tauentzienstrasse. It is not clear whether the crash was intentional, police said.
