Russian journalist sentenced: Kremlin critic convicted on charges including treason

Description

In Moscow, a high-profile opposition activist has been convicted and sentenced to 25 years in prison, on charges of treason -- the harshest sentence of its kind since Russia invaded Ukraine. Vladimir Kara Murza had been a vocal critic of Vladimir Putin and the Kremlin. And, his conviction is just the latest example of how the Russian govt is cracking down on dissent. FRANCE 24's former Moscow correspondent Nick Holdsworth tells us more.
