Ukraine peace deal: China's Xi, Zelensky speak for first time since war started

The Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the Chinese President She Jingping spoken by phone today - for the firs time since the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Zelensky's office described the call as 'long and meaningful'. It is reported to have lasted for about an hour. It comes as China is tyring to positin itself as a meditor in the conflict. FRANCE 24's correspondent in Beijing tells us more.
