Yang lived all his life in the countryside until he left three years ago after his wife died. He moved to China's Xi'an to live with his children, but never stopped exercising. The 101-year old has become very popular in his new home town, where many locals recognize him at Revolution Park. It seems like a no brainer to suggest that regular exercise is the secret to a long and healthy life.
