At least 10 North African migrants have died when their rubber boat overturned in the southern Mediterranean, while more than a thousand more are rescued and brought to Italian ports. Yiming Woo reports.
Heavy rains have caused flooding in the east of Spain. In the Castelló province, firefighters rescued people trapped in their cars.
