Tourists react outside Buckingham Palace in London as King Charles III has been diagnosed with a form of cancer and has begun treatment, Buckingham Palace said earlier, just a week after he was discharged from hospital for prostate surgery. US President Joe Biden solemnly recalls Queen Elizabeth II's "notion of service" at Buckingham Palace as he attends a reception hosted by King Charles III.
