La Paz, Oct 15 (EFE).- Several young volunteers gathered Friday in the Bolivian capital to promote their environmental initiative, aiming to build houses from "eco-bricks" for stray dogs, while also raising awareness about plastic waste and its effects on the environment. The "eco-bricks" are made from the PET bottles filled with plastic waste such as plastic bags and wraps, kitchen sponges, tea bags and even disinfected surgical masks. (Camera: GINA BALDIVIESO).
