Cape Town, Oct 17 (EFE / EPA) .- Kenya’s Lydia Simiyu won the women’s 2021 edition of the Cape Town Marathon in wet weather in a time of 2:25:41 whilst South Africa's Stephen Mokoka won the men's elite race in a time of 2:10:01.The 42.2km Cape Town Marathon is a Gold Label International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) event.
