Residents trapped in homes as Storm Babet floods eastern Scotland

Emergency services attend a flooded housing estate in Brechin, Scotland, at the epicentre of flooding following Storm Babet. Police say the body of a 57-year-old woman has been recovered after she was swept into a river in Angus, while some residents remain trapped in their homes, according to local councillor Jill Scott.
