Specialists from Rostov-on-Don developed the film from a Kodak camera which is estimated to have been in the trench for 75 years. According to historians, the men and women in the photo were from a military group who were some of the first ones to see action in the first year of the war. The camera was found next to the remains of the officer—assumed to be a political inspector—his ammunition and helmet.
Riverside County sheriff's department rescued 13 siblings found abused and malnourished locked up in their house in Perris, California, Tuesday, after receiving a distress call from one of the siblings. Three of the children were physically chained to house furniture when the police found them as they appeared to be malnourished after a 17-year-old girl managed to escape and notify the authorities. 57-year-old David Allen Turpin and 49-year-old Louise Anna Turpin haven't being able to explain their motives. They have been arrested and are being held with a $9-million bail.

Dressed in festive clothing, the mummified infant girl was discovered at Palermo’s Santa Maria dei Rotoli cemetery by the cemetery’s director, Cosimo De Roberto, while he was checking the electrical system of the facility.
A four-year-old boy who had been missing for nearly five days in a forest inhabited by bears, has been found alive. The child, named Dima Peskov, was discovered in a Siberian forest near the Ural Mountains. Little Dima survived by eating grass and drinking from puddles, but the dirty water and constant bites by mosquitos and other insects had taken their toll. He was on the verge of death when he was discovered.
Move over, Mowgli, the real life version of the popular Jungle Book character has been found. Police in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh discovered this eight-year-old girl in the jungles near Bahraich who they believe was raised by a troop of monkeys. However, the real version is quite a bit more sad than the Disney classic. After the girl was taken to hospital, she was found to suffer from behavioural dysfunctions and lacked the ability to speak or interact normally with humans.
