NATO denounces Putin plan to beef up nukes

Russian President Vladimir Putin says Russia will add more than 40 new intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM) to its arsenal, prompting NATO to accuse Moscow of "saber-rattling". Deborah Lutterbeck reports.
