Two British men accused of spying for China, arrive at the Westminster Magistrates' Court in London. Christopher Cash, 29, of east London, and Christopher Berry, 32, are accused of breaking the Official Secrets Act 1911 - providing articles, notes, documents or information to a foreign state. They were released on conditional bail and will next appear at the Central Criminal Court at the Old Bailey in London on May 10 for a preliminary hearing. IMAGES
South African police clash with proesters demanding "no bail" for the accused in the disappearance of a six-year-old girl whose mother has been charged with trafficking and kidnapping in a case that has gripped the nation. They were prevented from entering the Vredenberg magistrates court due to space and safety concerns, with the clashes taking place shortly before the accused arrived.
