Kabul, Feb 15 (EFE).- At least eight civilians, including a child, have been killed in an airstrike that targeted Taliban militants in eastern Afghanistan, government officials said on Saturday, amid a breakthrough in peace talks between the United States and the insurgent group.The air raid was carried out on Friday afternoon in the eastern province of Nangarhar.
