In UK & Irish Cinemas November 28 Maria finds herself caught between two worlds. Welsh cult musician Gruff Rhys documents his latest musical road trip, retracing the fantastical American journey of his 18th Century relative, the explorer John Evans. American Interior is an investigative concert tour. Fiction, fact, fantasy, myth and music documentary collide as Rhys flies like an eagle and howls like a wolf while following in the footsteps of his (extremely) Great uncle. American Interior the film, is one part of a pioneering multi-platform project with global reach set hit UK screens on 9 May 2014. The project also consists of Rhys's solo album with tracks from the film (Turnstile Records) and a hardback, paperback, e-book and app about the life if Don Juan Evans, also written by Rhys (Penguin). Both are also set for release in May 2014.
