Russian traffic police discovered an unusual passenger when they pulled over a car for speeding in in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic last weekend. One person was shot in undetermined circumstances as hundreds of people were protesting the police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott in Charlotte on Wednesday.
