North Korea conducts a fifth nuclear test, setting off a blast more powerful than the bomb dropped on Hiroshima in World War Two, and drawing strong opposition from global leaders.
North Korea said it has successfully tested a nuclear weapon on Wednesday morning, Reuters reported.
