21-year-old Kirill Tereshin showed off his alARMing 2 foot circumference biceps, which he achieved after injecting 3 to 7 ounces of a drug called synthol into his arms every day. The results are shocking - Kirill's biceps grew to nearly a foot in circumference in just ten days and only about a month to fully inflate. However, his new Herculean biceps appear ridiculously out of proportion with the rest of his thin frame.
