Japanese Cuisine for Canines? Dogs Devour Sashimi at Poochi Sushi

Description

This plate of Japanese-style cuisine, complete with sushi, sashimi, and caviar, was created especially for some very special, and very furry guests. A one-off fine dining experience for dogs took place at Heard Park in Auckland, New Zealand on Saturday, giving lucky pooches a chance to sample their very own dog-friendly sushi, all for just over $10. Owners were able to feed their beloved pets the carefully-prepared sushi with chopsticks or simply let their hounds abandon their table manners and chow down straight from the plate.
